El presidente venezolano, Hugo Chávez, es el mandatario del continente americano peor valorado por los españoles, según la encuesta Latinobarómetro de 2007 difundida el jueves por el estatal Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas (CIS), en el que la presidenta chilena, Michelle Bachelet, recibió la mejor nota.
