Readying himself for his upcoming “See No More” video shoot, Joe Jonas was spotted out and about in Ventura, California yesterday (June 3). The 21-year-old heartthrob kept it cool and casual as he strolled the city, sporting a dark pair of shades, red t-shirt, and black jeans.
