Hollywood Celebrates the Fourth of July
Getting in the holiday spirit just like the rest of us, the stars immersed themselves in the many Independence Day happenings while also sending out well-wishing tweets to their legions of faithful followers on Monday (July 4). As for the celebrity sightings, Reese Witherspoon, Jim Toth, Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale, Pink, Carey Hart, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck all ventured out with their little ones to catch local parades and firework displays. Meanwhile, a bikini-clad LeAnn Rimes joined Eddie Cibrian for a beach bash while Bradley Cooper, Jessica Alba, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham all partied it up with their friends and loved ones. Showing his Stateside pride, new dad Nick Cannon tossed on a chef’s hat and apron as he served as ‘Grill Master’ at Nathan’s famous ‘Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest’ held on Coney Island. Not to be forgotten, Katy Perry and Sofia Vergara both tweeted pics of themselves in swimsuits as they soaked up the summertime sunshine on the commemorative day honoring the adoption of the Declaration of Independence back on July 4, 1776.
