Poet Javier Sicilia lauded the work by the Attorney General?s Office inarresting and indicting his son?s killers and demanded now that the justice systempunishes the murder of his son and six other people who were killed with hisson.   Authorities announced that 20suspects of the murder of JuanFrancisco Sicilia had been arrested? Most of them belong to the PacificSouth drug cartel? Sicilia demanded that the federal government resolve the morethan 20 cases that were presented in the Castillo de Chapultepec talks withPresident Felipe Calderon.  Sicilia statedthat he does not want his son?s case to be an exception in the wave of unsolvedcases.  —-Fifty-nine inmates escaped and another sevenwere killed in a massive prison breakout on Friday in the Nuevo Laredo prison?The federal government condemned the breakout and said that in the past 15months 400 prisoners have escaped from Tamaulipas prisons in 84 incidents.
