Hundreds Of Gay Couples Wed In New York
Victory!Hundreds of gay and lesbian couples made history on Sunday as they lined up first thing in the morning at New York’s city clerk’s offices to exercise their newly-gained right to marry. The first couple to wed in the city was Connie Kopelov, 85, and Phyllis Seagal, 77 (above). The adorable couple met 23 years ago at a senior center and had been longing for this moment for years. Siegel said:”I am breathless. The fact that it’s happening to us, that we are finally legal and can do this like everyone one else. It’s mind boggling. “We are so happy for Connie and Phyllis and for the hundreds of couples who were finally able to marry. This is such a momentous occasion. As one of the NY Newlyweds today – we waited 21 years to have the RIGHT to marry. Today my husband and i both thank you and remind all that love and commitment between two people deserves to be recognized and honored in the eyes of the law. Thank you to all the level-headed Perezers!

Her dad is a pastor…and he spoke of spreading the word of god, and how the man who claimed it was the end of the world isn’t spreading the word of god. It isn’t the truth! Re: madonna is shit – Actually, God loves all people and dislikes only sin (every hear of “love the sinner hate the sin”?). And one of the sins that God won’t forgive (unless you stop and repent) is people who spread hate and doing it in his name, as you’re doing. You’re not God, so don’t claim to speak on his behalf. Have fun explaining yourself and your own sins when your judgment day comes. And if you don’t believe in God, fine. Then for the purpose of being an accepting, kind human being, don’t spread messages of hate. In the meantime, let others deal with their own conscience and their own ideas of morality.
