First Look At Carol Burnett’s Return To All My Children!
Damn. We just wish Elizabeth Taylor could be by her side for this. It would complete this moment for us. On September 6th, Pine Valley will welcome back one of the legends of the series, Verla Grubbs, played by the incomparable Carol Burnett! It’s been six years since Verla was last in town and now she’s back and after the only thing she’s always wanted – Sam Brady, played by Jason Kincaid. She might find herself going up against Jill Larson’s Opal and Susan Lucci’s Erica Kane to get him, but when has that ever stopped her before. Oh, and did we happen to mention that she’s coming home under the pretense of attending the Pine Valley High School reunion! Wonder who else might show up at this thing???

SAD THATCAROL WENT THE BO-TOXED FACE-LIFT FREAK SHOW route to combat the ravages of time…she was one who I thought would hold out…the pressure on older actresses in HollyWeird is just unbelievable …
