Xtina is ready to get married again. And fast. She is apparently so desperate to get married to her boyfriend Matthew Rutler, she’s willing to pop the question herself. She’s also been telling friends and family that the two are definitely tying the knot, the question is “when?”According to friends:”She makes jokes about him proposing all the time in front of him. He gets a little embarrassed, but it?s obvious they?ve talked about it. It?s coming soon. She wants to start over and thinks that asking him to marry her is the way to start. “But since Matt relies on just PA pay, it looks like Xtina is going to have to buy the rock for herself. Another pal says he wants to buy her an engagement ring, but he doesn’t have the funds. They say:”He wants to buy her a major diamond, so he?s saving his pennies. He?s going to propose this year, even if he has to buy the ring on credit. “Oh, Matt. Just let Christina buy her own ring.
