You are no good at it. You used 11 exclamation marks. If you do not understand why this is a problem then you should not be writing. If you want a job critiquing, then do not say that such and such, in this case Marc Shaiman, should be working on the show. You are yet to establish any credentials as a reviewer, let alone as someone who could know what person a show does or doesn’t need. And the line “Aimed at younger audiences and featuring a young cast, the show needs some maturing, though.” doesn’t even make sense. To you it might, to me not quite.
