Dolled up and ready for a big night, Ashley Tisdale was spotted leaving her Los Angeles, CA home on Tuesday (October 18) en route to an evening party. The ?Hellcats? hottie looked fabulous in a white designer dress and patterned ankle boots as she was escorted from the front gate of her home to the awaiting vehicle. Keeping her loyal followers up-to-date, Ms Tisdale tweeted, ?Goin to give an award to the president of Disney channel, Gary Marsh.
