Lindsay Lohan Assault SHOCKER! Charges Against Suspect DROPPED!
So much for the fullest extent of the law!Although Lindsay Lohan was hoping to see Christian LaBella, the man who allegedly assaulted her during an altercation in her hotel room early this morning, brought to justice for his crimes against the starlet, he is apparently now a free man!That’s right, after being arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and two counts of harassment, sources with the NYPD have confirmed that everything against him has been dropped!Very inneresting, indeed! Especially given the severity of what was being said that he did to her!Guess there’s more to this story than what’s being told so far. . . We’re sure we’ll find out soon enough!What do U think?? She is such a loser and (apparently) a slut. From the original story, if she tried taking his property, he is entitled to defend himself and his property from her theft. Hope they find she is actually the lawbreaker. She seems determined t go to jail. I’d be happy to throw away the key.
