Divorce is never a pleasant experience, and Kelly Rutherford has spent so much money trying to get primary custody of her children that she?s almost tapped out. Last year, the ?Gossip Girl? star?s son Hermes and daughter Helena were placed with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch, a German businessman who was unable to obtain a visa and hence couldn?t come to the States to live. Since then, Kelly has been fighting a legal battle that has cost her more in lawyer bills than she can afford. Ms. Rutherford told press, “Every penny from Gossip Girl, my pension, my stocks has been spent fighting for my children. This fight has brought me to the brink of bankruptcy. “Back in 2009, Kelly and Daniel decided to split, and she didn?t go after him for his fortune. “I said, ‘I don’t want any money. I don’t want anything. Let’s figure out a great plan for the kids. ? The relationship was obviously not working. And four years later, this is where I am. ”

NEW YORK, April 30 (IFR) – Apple Inc has attracted more than $50 billion in orders for its six-part debt sale expected to price later on Tuesday, according to two market sources. Apple is issuing three-year and five-year fixed and floating-rate notes, as well as 10-year and 30-year fixed-rate notes via Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.
