Editorial: Don’t look for ethics reform in New Mexico this year (Albuquerque Tribune)
Say “ethics reform” almost anywhere in New Mexico, and you’re liable to get a chorus of yawns. Gov. Bill Richardson, to his credit, may be the only person in New Mexico seriously anticipating a special legislative session on ethics reform this summer.
